    What I would like children to learn from me:  I love children to have fun and enjoy their time while in care with me. I want the children to know that we are family and are here for them.
    Why I love working with children:  You get to see children’s development and learning first hand as they grow and flourish under our care. I cherish the opportunities to build positive and lasting relationships with children and their families, as they entrust us with their children, which is a privilege to play a part in children’s lives during those vital first 5 years. Watching them grow from when they first come into care and seeing them as they transition through the rooms to when they graduate Kindy at the end of their first 5 year journey in life.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  As an educator, I would like the children to learn from me how to be confident, knowledgeable, strong, respectful, and resilient individuals. I would like them to learn the values in life, the importance of learning and to have fun. I want them to learn to be happy and fulfill their growing needs and development.
    Why I love working with children:  Working with children gives me the opportunity to see them grow and be a part of their learning journey.I love the fun behind it as well as watching them develop into confident and self sufficient learners. Working with children gives me the chance to meet the families and work collaboratively with them to meet each child’s developmental milestones.

    What I would like children to learn from me:   I would like children to learn that they are resilient, that they have the potential to achieve anything they set their minds to and they should see difficulties and challenges as an opportunity to engage themselves, and learn something new. Observing  children from when they first come in to the Kindy room to the day they graduate is  amazing as they grow.
    Why I love working with children:   I love working with children as they challenge me every day, they inspire me to learn, laugh, have fun and appreciate the small things in life. Building positive connections with them and their families as we all work together towards the same outcome.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  I would love children to learn from me to be curious learners and inspire them to ask questions, to teach them resilience and respect for others.
    Why I love working with children:  I find it rewarding when the children meet their milestones, they remind me of how amazing and exciting the world can be. Working with families in assisting their children to develop into confident learners is something I enjoy. Watching them grow when they come in to Kindy and to see how they are when their journey with me has finished and they go on to their next journey of school. Building positive relationships with all our children and families is very important, especially in those first 5 years. Learning is a lifelong adventure and encouraging children to engage in experiences through play is also life long as they are always learning, just as we are.

    What I would like children to learn from me:   I want children to learn always to be kind and learn that respect always matters, I also would like children to learn to be brave and take steps to achieve their goals and know they are capable of anything. I want children to learn that they are valued and that happiness is our responsibility and to give with all their heart. That failure does not define us it only provides us with opportunities to learn to do things better and most of all I want children to have FUN !
    Why I love working with children:  Working and caring for children is fun and that no day is the same. Working with children motivates you to be a better person, and I love that I get to be apart of children’s development and learning and watching them gro. Children really make my day brighter, seeing the satisfaction on their faces when they have achieved their goals, children are our future and it’s a privilege to be able to be a part of that and teach them.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  What I would like children to learn form me :  As an Educator I would like children to learn from me how to be respectful and strong and also to be happy in everything they do, to keep trying in everything they do as well. Engage in experiences that will benefit them such as building their social and emotional skills, not just with their peers but also with the Educators. .
    Why I love working with children:  I love working with children because its fun as our focus though on learning is to create a fun learning environment through activities or interests that the children may have . To be a part of that and to engage with them is amazing to see children learn through play based learning.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  That I am able to equip them with the tools  that they need to become strong individuals to know it is ok to be different, its ok to learn at your own pace, its ok to make mistakes as we learn from them and its ok just to be me. We are all special and unique in our own way.
    Why I love working with children:  I love working with children as I get to see and be part of their personal growth and the educational growth as we engage in a wide variety of positive experiences. My greatest  joy is knowing that I am there at the moment to help celebrate their accomplishments no matter how big or small and I can celebrate again as I relay to the parents and families their child’s accomplishments.

I would like children to engage in shared learning as well as individual learning so they will build their social skills and learn to become and belong and be themselves. I would like children to be open to their creativity and to try new things and feel accomplished in their individual achievements as they learn and experience new challenges as they develop as individuals.
    Why I love working with children:   Working with children fulfils me as a nurturer. I love seeing them grow to their potential and that I was a part of their learning journey in their little life, I love being part of their development and enjoy their different personalities.

    What I would like children to learn from me:   I would like to encourage children to become the best that they can possibly be. I would like to see them grow into confident learners and become socially responsible for their environment and show respect to mother earth. Engaging in experiences that help children gain knowledge about our environment is important as they are our future, so teaching them about sustainability through hands on activities, exploring the outdoors, having access to learning resources, better equips them.
    Why I love working with children:  I have always been passionate about teaching young children I feel a connection with them through positive relationships. Building relationships is important as through this we are able to show trust and its important that children are able to trust you, and approach you without hesitation. Watching them grow through out the year and seeing them reach their goals is wonderful.

    Years of Experience:   I’ve been working as a Leader Educator / Assistant Director within the childcare industry for 32 years’ experience.
    Qualifications & Training: I currently hold a Diploma in Children Services, Diploma of Counselling, 3a Abecedarian Practitioner, a Blue Card, Police check and Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate, and have a long-term commitment to the pursuit of updating and improving my qualification/skills.
    What I would like children to learn from me:  I believe in   providing a warm , nurturing and stimulating environment where all children feel that sense of belonging.
    Why I love working with children:   I love providing a learning environment where children can play and learn while respecting each child's individual needs and interests. I believe in coming together with the team educators to support children's learning while also implementing the 3a Abecedarian Approach and the Circle of Security within our centre.

    Why I love working with children:   I love working with children as you get the opportunity to watch them grow from babies  through to school, being part of their journey  and to see how much they have learnt and developed over the years. It is also rewarding as you forms long life friendships with the families that you meet over  those years as well.  I also love the culture of children and learning from them about their cultures.

    Why I love working with children:   I love working with children because of their unpredictable nature. Each child is different and  this is shared throughout the day, with smiles and laughter, what is there not to love about that.

    What I would like children to learn from me:   As my English is my second language I know the value of good communication. I would like my children to develop and grow their communication skills, both verbal and non verbal. I would like to pass on good manners and respect for all children in my care, and most of all to have fun while learning and engaging with not just each other but with all the Educators within their room.
    Why I love working with children:   Children to me are like a fountain of joy I can never get enough of their lovely innocent personalities and truthfulness, there are lots of rewarding moments and I look forward to enhancing my skills through teaching and offering fun learning experiences for all children. Building family connections is also important to me, especially when learning about their children, through the parents and through our observations.

I would like them to learn the importance of learning and achieve their growing needs and development.
    Why I love working with children:   I love working with children as I believe I can make them feel safe, comfortable and supported, and I want to help them develop in both their social and emotional wellbeing. I appreciate being there to give comfort and to assist them in settling in, into their new environment and bonding with their Educators and peers. Its an honour to see a child’s confidence increase, I enjoy working with children and want to improve there quality of life, o this is why I decided to pursue a career as an Educator. Its about being part of a  child’s growth, seeing them grow and learn new things and building strong trusting relationships with the child and families. Working in childcare is a rewarding experience. Children are incredibly fascinating people, and it is a delight to see them develop play and reach milestones.

    Why I love working with children:   Working with children offers various positives, it’s an opportunity to see children grow and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners. It’s the fulfillment of a long term dream for many Childcare Educators/teachers in the sector. I love when children enjoy listening to stories and engage in music and physical activities. Watching them learn to share and make friends confidently to the point where they can nearly do everything for themselves- dressing, eating, drinking, choosing activities they would like to engage in. Most of all watching them have FUN and engaging with them.
